Did unit PT today.
After lots of interesting stretches, we did:
Two rounds - 20 each of:
4-count Jumping Jacks
4-count Close-stance squats
Wide-arm pushups
Diamond pushups
4-count Side lunges
4-count Leg-lift situps
4-count Oblique situps
Squat jumps
Then 10-minutes of our-choice cardio, I went and rowed 2000m in 7:55.
